Yuva

This blog has been inactive for quite sometime now. But we now have a reason to be back in action. Its Jhankar time. When department loyalties and rivalries reach new heights. With just about a week to Jhankar, the students are preparing in full josh for YUVA.
Yuva can mean a lot of things to a lot of people, and we hope to see the face of the M O P Yuva unleashed on the 11th and the 12th of this month.
I do hope everybody is aware of the new rules for Bring it on, Dhun and Fashion Show. If not please do look for a paper stuck on the wall adjacent to the switch board in every class about the same. Or just come to the orange shell room on third floor.
November sixth is the day when the registration forms and names of depts along with the Cds should be submitted to the council.

Meet... On the rocks

Yes, thats the name of our college's annual college play this year. Meet... On the Rocks... It is being directed by Mr. V. Balakrishnan of Theatre Nisha fame.

The play will be presented in a katha collage format and is a melange of stories by Ismat Chugthai, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Alexander Pushkin and Maxim Gorky.

Jilpa: She's a raving maniac! We'll see her brandishing scissors on the covers of magazines with a "Dangerous" sign over her head. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Susu: Hehe, she's mega cute!! She's like Scrappydoo. In neon prints. On Prozac. At Disneyworld. Seriously. THAT high. It's quite contagious.

Vaishu: Waaw, talk about mega talented. Like all geniuses, she has the potential to be slightly scary. No knowing when this one will blow her fuse!!
